| May 8th, 2010 | Grub control Grubs continue to be a major pest in the metro Detroit area. We recommend the Merit grub preventer be applied in June or July. This is the only way to guarantee a grub free lawn.

| May 8th, 2010 | Tree seedlings Many tree seedlings will begin to germinate soon. Weed control is not necessary for control, simply mowing them will take care of the problem. However, new ones will continue to germinate for quite a few more weeks.
